What You'll Do

  • Provide proactive and administrative partnership to Korea Commercial leader as well as the KR office. (e.g., calendars, meeting management, planning travel, etc.).
  • Coordinate end-to-end leadership team activities (e.g., planning meetings, company events, offsites, employee experience, business reviews, etc.)
  • Work closely with the leadership team and other executive business partners across the organization.
  • Sales Data Management and Reporting:

-. Track performance against sales targets and prepare detailed reports.

-. Update and maintain sales KPIs and performance tracking tools.

  • Project Management:

-. Support the planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and sales events.

-. Regularly update the leadership team and stakeholders on project progress and priorities.

  • Market Trends and Insights:

-. Support data-driven decision-making by presenting findings (market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights etc.) to the leadership team.

  • Channel Operations and Management:

-. Provide operational support for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Coupang, Naver, Kakao) by preparing and managing relevant materials.

-. Assist in the execution of offline store operations (pop-up and shop in shop).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in direct executive/sales support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) and other business specific tools (e.g. expense management, travel booking, etc.) and provide training to others as needed.
