This position is based in our Seattle, WA offices, with a flexible schedule (discussed on hire). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Vision: Partnering closely with the creative services team, develop the brand foundations and sharp points that build consistency in our brand proposition - positioning, aesthetic, tone and voice. 
  • Global Integration: Leveraging global brand guidelines, implement and develop ways of working that unify regional OBU's in strategy and tactics while offering agility and flexibility to capitalize on regional opportunities. 
  • Brand & Channel Execution: Demonstrate expertise in a broad array of marketing channels, marketing tactics and management of outside vendors / agencies to achieve growth (Awareness, New Customer Acquisition, CLV and Conversion) in key sales channels; including DTC, digital, affiliate, wholesale and retail. 
  • Go To Market: Reimagine the global go-to-market process to capture increased efficiency and better align product, marketing, creative and channel strategies in pursuit of omnichannel success. 
  • Community: Develop strategies in collaborations, partnerships, ambassadors and KOL's to build a diverse organic community that drives the voice and energy for the brand across different marketing verticals. 
  • Social Channels: Build an always-on content strategy that delivers content across all social media channels, grows our community, and drives engagement and conversation. 
  • Campaign Development: Ideation. Creativity. Inspiration. Lead the internal and external teams through insightful briefs to develop campaigns that reinforce our positioning in the workwear community and encourage new consumers to pursue our purpose. 
  • Cross Functional Leadership: Collaborate with key departmental leads to align and prioritize content and campaign execution in pursuit of business objectives; Seasonally, Globally and Regionally. 
  • Budget Management: Own and deploy a designated budget to build and execute branded content and campaigns. 
  • Develop the Team: Recruit, develop and champion the global marketing team by providing leadership, establishing trust and creating an environment of fun and energy that builds our brand culture. 

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or work experience in a related field. 
  • 12 + years of extensive experience in brand marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing high-level brand strategies. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing leaders and multi-level organizations.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand development principles. 
  • Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to craft and deliver high level marketing campaigns for Stanley products. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective marketing campaigns. 
  • Executive presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. 

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$200,000 - $230,000 USD
