Key Responsibilities 

  • Allocate and balance job workload and responsibility within the team to achieve maximum success. 

·        Provide PMI Stanley Logistics policy training to Strategic Partner Factories on annual basis.

·        Evaluate operating performance of 3rd party logistics providers and keep enable a continuous improvement environment.

·        In charge of China domestic delivery and warehouse management.

·        Negotiate shipping and warehousing terms and pricing.

·        Support Senior Manager with Ocean freight negotiation, review, analysis and renew carrier contracts on annual basis, especially EU Trade Lane.

·        Customs Compliance, including preferential programs such as C-TPAT and AEO, audit and review, country of origin markings, customs commodity & duty classification and import regulations.

·        Ensure team to closely control on all bookings with forwarders & coordinating international shipments in the accurate and flawless manner. Provide correct shipping documentations for customer’s clearance at the destination. Fulfill system transaction on time.

·        Optimize system utilization. Evaluate operation process and provide improvements with more electronic solutions. 

 

Skills and Experience: 

 

·        Good English in written and oral. 

·        Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.

·        Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Tools, with a focus on Word and Excel.

·        Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.

·        Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Excellent international trade, import & export, China transportation knowledge.

·        High sense of detail orientation, team accountability and self-principle.

·        Good presentation skill.

 

Education and Requirements: 

 

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        Good English in written and oral.

·        Over 5 years of logistics experience in multinational company is preferable.

·        Minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated direct report management

·         Strong supply chain background is a must.

·        Good command of Oracle system is a plus.
