Key Responsibilities: 

 

Business Management support –

·       Support sales manager to execute of sales strategies for key customers in Asia Pacific

·       Support sales manager by collaborating, support and partner with the marketing team and commercial team consistently

·       Work and track with customers to compose regular weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and relevant progress reports

·       Keep clear, concise documentation and maintain work files for future reference

 

Key Retailer Accounts Maintenance-

·       Independently maintain long-term relationships with assigned key retailers accounts

·       Be responsible for maintaining sales forecasting for assigned key retailers accounts

 

Marketing support

·       Work with marketing manager and customers to process on-time and effective marketing activity

·       Analyze trade marketing and promotion performance and improve efficiency

·       Record and maintain all the marketing expense documentation.

·       Support and follow up on the regular update and process of marketing activity by closely collaborating with customers and associated team

 

Collaboration with commercial team

·       Support the communication between Commercial team by each market

·       Provide customer feedback and demand to Commercial team

·       Provide product information and USP to customers and help them understand of new product feature.

·       Coordinate with commercial team for related sample arrangements and plan.

 

Customer order management

·       Collaborate, support and partner with Sales manager and GSC team to optimize account management and communication.

·       Coordinate with Logistic team, GSC team for order process including payment receivable or any transaction issue, shipment arrangements etc, provide clear information update with both sales manager and customer. 

·       Coordinate with Commercial team and sales manager to manage price list for each customer.

·       Follow up with customer to receive their individual requirement to deliver organized information on time

 

Customer Service -

·       Follow up with customers’ QA on any complaints with internal team and support Sales Manager for claim settlement

 

Proficiencies:

 

1.     This position needs to locate in Shanghai

2.     Good in both written and oral English &Mandarin is a must

3.     With 3-5years experience on maintaining international customer in the past career.

4.     Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.

5.     Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.

6.     Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.

7.     Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

8.     Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9.     Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

10.  Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.

11.  Ability to study and apply new information.

12.  Reflect professional temperament and commercial appeal in any time.
