ENVE - Front Desk Administrator

ENVE is actively seeking a Front Office Administrator to help the entire ENVE team raise the bar. Success in this position will be accomplished through an unwavering focus on hospitality, teamwork, communication, and a passion for ENVE.

Located in Ogden, Utah, ENVE Composites is a manufacturer of handmade carbon fiber bicycle rims and components. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Greeting and handling guests during their visit
• Answering customer phone calls/inquiries
• Making appointments
• Handling correspondence
• Signing for deliveries
• Offering directions
• Assisting with special projects
• Tracking, scanning and electronic filing
• Assisting leadership team
• Assisting with Company events as needed

Preferred experience:

• High school diploma/GED w/2+ years’ experience working as an Administrative Assistant or similar position

• Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English well
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur
