THE ROLE 

The Senior Social Producer will bring our ideas to life through responding to client briefs, bringing together the strategy, creative and content brains to develop the best concepts and bringing the right resource together to generate the best possible output that is purposeful, impactful and innovative. This is an integral role to the business bringing this specialist skillset in-house for the first time. 

You’ll bring your knowledge and expertise to the development of social-ready executions as well as bigger productions. Across both the budgets need to be tightly managed, the resource closely monitored and the expectations of our clients and stakeholders managed. This role reports directly into our Head of Client Services. 

You will work with our teams across the agency in the development of creative ideas feeding into and levelling up the work we do with our clients and encouraging and promoting a culture of excellence. 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

A floating resource across all social production; not tied to one specific client but open to work across all industries and budget levels. The role combines attention to detail, creative problem solving, meticulous planning and an ability to think fast in the moment. There will be travel and long days involved as well as tight deadlines and quick turnarounds: 

- Focus on planning, logistics and delivery of content in response to client briefs 

-Takes ownership of the sourcing and planning of resource across all productions. 

- Able to work across all levels of production from producing high quality brand campaigns to quick-to-capture social-ready assets. 

- Can approach pre-existing content with a solution-focused mindset looking to adapt and remix where needed for social executions. 

- Able to work with talent and get the best performances – both scripted and improvised. 

- An ability to shoot quick, simple, social-first product assets natively on mobile. 

- Manages client relationships from brief to concept to delivery – bringing in relevant members of the team from all levels to support in the smooth running of the process. 

- Contributes to key areas of the new business process – providing insight and detail where needed and occasionally being called upon to pitch. 

Contributing to knowledge sharing and development of expertise company wide (providing the team with inspiration and guidance) 

Setting a precedent and being an example to team members; time management, arrival times, quality of work, positive impact during team meetings, challenging assumptions and looking for solutions to challenges. 

Understanding of the company’s client portfolio and supporting other teams to deliver campaigns and client projects. 

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED? 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role at a digital marketing or media agency. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of productions, being on shoots, feasibility and requirements across all stages from pre-production to post. 
  • Able to demonstrate, present and inspire with your creative and proactive thinking. 
  • Digitally savvy and able to understand and engage on Social Media platforms. 
  • Understand the different types of communication by platform (Meta vs TikTok etc.). You should be conversant with abbreviations, platform-specific words, and acronyms. 
  • Able to work independently, managing your time and deadlines appropriately but also equally happy working as part of a remote team. 
  • Prepared to manage a team and elevate the work and development of other individuals in the agency. 
  • A creative production background.
