Key Responsibilities
• Implement Stanley quality strategy by closely working with supplier to promote
appropriate quality improvement tools in work for quality control improvement.
• Make sure Stanley’s quality standard and requirements are completely and properly
implemented at suppliers through effective and frequent communication.
• Responsible for daily production line quality control at suppliers. Develop and
implement product inspection system to continuously improve product quality.
• Responsible for shipment final inspection at suppliers by on-site inspection or
effective management and evaluation of supplier self-inspection report.
• Identify the CTQs and conduct in-process inspections to monitor the execution of
SOP at suppliers and continuously elevate process capabilities of suppliers.
• Drive and coordinate supplier quality issues with cross-functional departments and
suppliers to solve various quality issues.
• Collect and summarize quality data, report and make improvement plan according to
defined cycle. Assist in establishing and implementing process statistics and analysis
to continuously improve product quality.
• Facilitates root cause investigations including all project 8D's and 5Y's including
reporting status to closure.

Skills and Experience:
• Previous work experience as a quality engineer role in field quality control.
• In-depth understanding of technical documentation
• Familiarity with statistical analysis
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Team spirit
• Good analytical skills

Education and Requirements:
• College/BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
