Position Purpose: Provides systems and data support to global human resource information users for human resources, benefits, and payroll systems. Prepares statistical summaries, presentations, and special reports from human resource information systems. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Ensures that systems software, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, policies, and procedures. Works under minimal supervision. Trains users on the management of human resource data and provides technical assistance and support for human resource systems and services. Assists in human resource information system design and development. Liaison with Information Services Team to resolve system and programming problems.

About the role:

  • Provides user support for human resource systems.

  • Maintains/modifies screens, code sets, tables – requires minor programming.

  • Writes and runs reports/extracts for all levels of organization.

  • Monitors data, researches and resolves data problems, audits system reports.

  • Troubleshoots human resource systems.

  • Assists in human resource/payroll systems enhancement, design, development, and testing including system upgrades and new implementations.

  • Liaison with Payroll/IS/HR Teams.

  • Trains users in human resource systems.

  • Performs backup function for human resource systems security.

  • Provides technical expertise for project and support teams

  • Adheres to security standards in support of PCI compliance.

  • Partners with technical partners to ensure Service Levels are met.

  • Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

About you:

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, or relevant business experience.

Years of Experience: 2+

English Level: C1 (Advanced)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of corporate human resource systems and how they interrelate with other systems.

  • Familiarity with human resource systems

  • Expertise in PC Applications such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Thorough knowledge of human resource policies and procedures

  • Thorough knowledge of benefit plan rules – both welfare and retirement

  • Knowledge of reporting tools

  • Demonstrated aptitude for computer systems.

  • Learning orientation for new computer systems/software

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
