The Field VM Supervisor role is to cover all retail stores visual presentation. To work with VM planner on the implementation of VM standard in all stores. Store opening organization: VM layout plan, initial merchandising, marketing support, on-site support. Monthly store VM recap, regular Store visiting and good communication, offer professional visual skill and hands on training in the stores . Working close with vendor to coordinate visual assets to smooth landing also to ensuer campaign launching on time. Working close with VM Planner , Marketing team , Merch Team , and Sales Team to align VM Focus by month.
35% VM standard & guideline Implement in Stores:
Take full responsibility of the filed execution in all HOKA Stores , including DTC stores , Retail Paterner Stores and Mulity Brand Stores . Based on the VM General / Seasonal / Monthly/ Campaign Guideline , taking the requests from stores , to carry out the authentic , premiem brand image in stores , as well as to improve the sell- sthrough in sales . Regular Store visit and hands on adjustment in the stores are a must in daily work .
30% New Store Openning :
Work closely with Sales Team , Construction Team and Merch Team on the new store openning , both DTC and Retail Partner territory . Be a key player in the store opening project from the preparation by raise the reasonable reqeusts and meaningful suggestions to the co-working functions , to ensure the finally landing of the new stores are on time , on target , and ensure the HOKA VM guidelines are well presented as the Brand show case, the customer shopping experience and sales are maximized through effective display.
For Partner stores , train and work closely with Partner store VM team on daily execution .
20% Communication & Maintain VM works/data base info for all stores
Β· Well organize and plan Store data base for all stores , including sku capacity, fixture infor, sales info, etc. To seasonal update on the archived info based on real business situation.
Β· Maintain the Visual Merchandise Standard: Contribute to produce Visual Merchandizing information packs to be distributed to Hoka Retail partner Stores to ensure brand image is maintained.
Β· Communicate back the store VM insight relevant to products and consumer journey to VM Planner / Merch Team and Marketing Team / Sales Team / Construction Team .
Β· Frequent store visiting and tracking to teaching CVM, store VM, manager.also to improvement store execution.
15% Budget and Vendor Management
Well plan the monthly budget plan based on the annual VM calanedar , and store openning schedule .Well track the VM monthly cost via standard process with Vendors , contraol the cost with budget plan and ensure the high-quality in output .
