    Head of Software Sales – Sustainability Business

    Location: Flexible within U.S.

    For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $186,000 - $200,000 per year and an

    additional uncapped commission.

    The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United

    States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within

    the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a

    comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward

    points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits),

    flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including

    The Role

    We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Software Sales to lead Schneider Electric’s sustainability software expansion across Europe and the Americas.

    Your leadership will directly shape how the world’s largest organizations decarbonize, digitize, and deliver on their sustainability commitments.

    You’ll be responsible for building and scaling a world-class sales organization focused on helping organizations operationalize their sustainability goals through agentic software that simplifies complexity, automates insights, and drives measurable decarbonization.

    You Will:

    Contribute to the definition of the go-to-market strategy and lead its execution for our sustainability software portfolio across Europe and Americas.

    Build and manage a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals.

    Personally engage in high-stakes customer meetings and executive briefings to close strategic deals.

    Partner with global product and marketing teams to align messaging with market needs and regulatory trends.

    Coach and mentor sales leaders on deal strategy, team development, and customer engagement.

    Build a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.

    Oversee accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and sales performance metrics.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, services, and global leadership to align on go-to-market strategy.

    Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, and enablement programs.

    Represent Schneider Electric at major sustainability and tech events.

    You Might Be a Fit If You:

    Have 7-8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

    Have a proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in SaaS or digital transformation environments.

    Understand the sustainability landscape, including carbon accounting, energy management, and sustainability reporting.

    Are excited by the potential of AI to transform sustainability, from automation to decision intelligence.

    Are a strategic thinker who can translate vision into execution.
