 The Wholesale and Retail Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across wholesale and retail channels. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing within the outdoor industry.

  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored for wholesale partners and retail outlets to promote the First Lite and MeatEater brand portfolios.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timely delivery.
  • In-Store Promotions and Events:
    • Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and activations to enhance customer experience and drive foot traffic.
    • Work closely with retail partners to ensure consistent brand representation and effective merchandising.
  • Digital Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, to support both wholesale and retail objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape within the outdoor industry.
    • Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
    • Maintain open communication with wholesale partners and retail accounts to support their marketing needs and gather feedback.
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist in managing the marketing budget for wholesale and retail initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Requirements


 Education/Training 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience 

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the outdoor, apparel, or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven experience in coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills 

  • Passion for the outdoor lifestyle and familiarity with the hunting community is highly desirable.
