Description

The Commercialization team is dedicated to influencing measurable outcomes for brands and real benefits for our customers.  Our platforms leverage our strong merchant relationships, our 65mm customer base, and industry leading customer insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their shopping journeys. As part of Offers & Shopping, the Commercialization team is creating a seamless, engaging platform that enables merchants to maximize their marketing spend by leveraging the extensive Chase consumer footprint.


As a Vice President, Commercialization Program Manager in Offers & Shopping, you will develop trusted partnerships across stakeholders and lines of business, and collaborate closely with a diverse set of internal and external partners. You will be responsible for defining, executing, managing, and assessing the end-to-end strategy within the travel space. The role will manage all aspects of product and program management, and execution for Chase Sourced Offers and stakeholders


 


Job responsibilities



  • Serve as a business management lead owning core programs, key stakeholder relationships across the firm and with merchant partners while contributing to program strategy, prioritization, and roadmaps 

  • Become a subject-matter expert on the merchant segments across the Chase ecosystem, championing innovations that will enhance the value Chase provides to their clients leveraging our product vision, competitive landscape, strategy, roadmap, services, capabilities, operations and reporting

  • Communicate operational needs and execute on mutually agreed upon deliverables and proactively identify opportunities and amplify our work across the organization and manage partnerships across LOBs

  • Optimize bottom line business performance by leading key initiatives/objectives

  • Deliver insightful management reporting and communications for senior leaders, partners, and other key stakeholders

  • Develop, cultivate, and maintain merchant opportunities and priorities with internal partners

  • Manage and maintain a robust risk and control environment 


 


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



  • 6+ years of experience within the Travel industry in an Account or Program Management, Sales or Marketing role

  • Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently with solid organizational, attention to detail and follow through skills

  • Self-motivated with a high degree of independence, has a bias towards action, and willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure projects are tracking towards success

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and strong presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborative and builds strong relationships across the firm and with external partners, flexible with changing priorities

  • Willingness to learn and grow as program expands


 


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills



  • Bachelors degree

  • Experience within the travel industry and rewards programs

  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft suite of business products

  • Skilled in data analysis, project management and strong cross-functional leadership to influence strategy and results

  • Understanding of card linked offers and/or credit card rewards programs in a financial, payments, shopping or travel environment
