We are looking to hire a "Travel Coordinator" for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in travel coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be measured yearly based on the performance appraisal.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Follow-up inquiries generated through social media.
- Plan and customize travel itineraries for individuals, families, and groups.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, accommodations, transport options, and activities.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients, providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly.
- Handle any travel-related emergencies or changes efficiently.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, health advisories, and safety guidelines.
- Promote travel packages and services to potential clients.
- Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients.
- Provide cost estimates and manage travel budgets for clients.
- Ensure cost-effective travel arrangements without compromising on quality.
- Use travel management software and online booking systems efficiently.
