This is a commission-based, remote position that provides flexibility and unlimited earning potential for driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements to curate personalized experiences.
  • Itinerary Planning: Design and coordinate tailored travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
  • Expert Travel Advice: Provide clients with insights on destinations, best travel seasons, must-see attractions, and travel regulations.
  • Booking & Reservations: Secure flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other travel-related services while negotiating optimal rates.
  • Travel Documentation Assistance: Guide clients through passport, visa, and travel insurance processes to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Research & Competitive Pricing: Continuously monitor fare trends, travel options, and exclusive deals to maximize value for clients.
  • Client Support & Issue Resolution: Offer dedicated assistance before, during, and after travel, proactively handling changes or disruptions.
  • Marketing & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, leverage marketing strategies to attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
  • Sales & Business Growth: Develop a personal book of business, drive revenue through exceptional service, and foster repeat client relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. resident.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
  • Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in online booking tools, travel industry platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and destination knowledge.
  • Must pass a background check to ensure client security and data protection.
