As a Travel Agent within Chase Travel, you will be responsible for offering expert guidance on all customer travel inquiries, encompassing quotations, bookings, and post-travel assistance. Your primary objective will be to cultivate customer loyalty through superior service. You will be expected to proficiently use a variety of tools and systems employed by the agency, and you will have the chance to propose projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and customer service.
Job responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, and organize all components of vacation trips, from the initial request to completion, for vacation clients.
- Engage in projects suggested by your supervisor that aim to optimize operations and explore new business models.
- Prepare and distribute client travel documents.
- Participate in inspections of hotels and suppliers, and propose innovative experiences or new suppliers to the relevant department when required.
- Comply with administrative processes, including billing and providing support for supplier payments.
Required qualifications:
- Recent experience in similar roles, ideally in travel agencies.

Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Familiarity with Sabre, Amadeus, or similar systems.
