Job Summary

Tour Guides are the heart of Princess Cays. Tour Guides core responsibilities is to promote guest activities in a safe and fun way.

Job Requirements

Basic Education

Ability to lift at least 10 pounds

Ability to stand and/or walk in sand for extended periods

Ability to ride a bike, operate kayak, fishing equipment and handle live animals

Must not have motion sickness

Ability to work in the sun for extended periods

Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution and communication skills

Proficient in English

Must be certified in First AID and CPR

Responsibilities

1. Inspect equipment for assigned tour


2. Conduct scheduled tours by greeting guests and using the script provided


3. Maintain safety standards during tours


4. Uphold environmental policies and procedures


5. Ensure guest complete a guest satisfaction survey at the end of the tour


6. Maintain and prepare all tour equipment


7. Assist with beach maintenance and setup as needed


8. Any other duties assigned by Management
