What You'll Be Doing | Te Whakamahere

Waitangi Treaty Grounds is looking for a tour guide to join the team. Our tour guides This important role is essential to our visitor experience

You will cover a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Provide an engaging balanced narrative of the events leading up to the signing of Te Tiriti o Waitangi to our regular and private guided tours for up to 60 persons.
  • Crowd manage up to 120 people for the introduction & briefing of the cultural performance
  • Support Visitor Services team with general enquiries and providing cover (Treaty House)
  • Assist the Learning Team with the delivery of educational programmes, as required.
