In your role as Program Manager for Worn Wear, you will be responsible for leading a program that will directly impact our quest to Save Our Home Planet. You will partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, creating a program structure across multiple teams that will drive a step change in reuse and lifespan of our products. To do this you will be required to work on multiple workstreams simultaneously, empowering teams, building alignment on direction, and maintaining accountability for successful delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Build a program that encompasses multiple workstreams within Worn Wear from logistics & fulfillment, customer service, digital and retail channels, finance, and more.
  • Lead and empower project & product teams to deliver against workstream goals – from discovery, implementation, and continuous evolution.
  • Evaluate and manage risk throughout the project.
  • Maintain ownership of budget, timelines, and deliverables during all phases of the program to ensure outcomes are realized according to plans.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to align program scope and deliverables to Patagonia’s strategic priorities and mission to Save our Home Planet
  • Ensure clarity on program scope, status, and successes through communication to all levels of the organization, including the executive leadership team.

Experience You Bring

  • 7+ years successful program management experience
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, DevOps)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – desired
  • Experience within the Apparel, Retail or Multi-Channel Industries a plus
  • Experience with software implementations across one more of the following areas: ecommerce, WMS, CRM/customer data, product data, ERP, inventory management.
  • Understanding of Agile and Agile@Scale methodologies and best practices
  • Knowledge of key business functions including e-commerce, retail, customer service, supply chain, operations, etc

Hiring Range: $160,000-$180,000

Pay range: $141,000-$212,000

At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
