Gain practical experience as a lead photographer at the A/U Ranches in Buena Vista, CO. We are looking for individuals with an interest in photography that tells the story of camp and supports our mission. Seasonal Ranch Hand
Seasonal ranch hands are responsible for supporting forest and pasture management, fence building and planning, trail construction work, staining and painting cabins, and other maintenance needs. They live in-cabin with campers and other counselors and support bunkhouse life, as well as some camp activities, as a full member of the camp community.

Floating Wrangler
Floating wranglers engage flexibly with both Round-Up Ranch and Sky Valley Ranch corral programs, helping set the tone for A/U Ranches corral programs at all levels, maintaining and modeling a high standard of care for corral campers and horses, and demonstrating a high degree of professionalism. This position supports corral activities and three-day outtrips, both on property and in the backcountry, while also engaging with other camp activities outside of program time.

Wrangler Ranch Hand
The wrangler ranch hand position is a multifaceted seasonal job, which is supervised by the horsemanship director and a facilities technician. Wrangler ranch hands are responsible for supporting and implementing irrigation and pasture management, fence building and planning, multiple horse herd management, supporting wilderness trips, and much more.

Bus Driver
The bus driver supports A/U Ranches transportation needs, primarily driving the bus for rafting participants and staff. The bus driver may also transport program participants and staff to on- and off-property activities as needed throughout Youth Camp sessions and Family & Adult Programs. Bus drivers must have a current CDL, as well as current First Aid & CPR certification.
