You are responsible for developing buy plans, optimizing inventory levels and projecting supply based on varying demand.  This role includes utilizing data to help drive decisions, ensuring processes are in place to meet KPIs and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will engage cross functionally with Finance, Technology, Inventory Management, Fulfillment Operations and Business/Commercial teams to ensure integrated planning for your businesses.


 


What You Will Do



  • Develop buy plans at the part level utilizing on hand inventory, forecasts, and safety stock along with other market related factors

  • Prioritize inventory management activities based on SKU stratification

  • Determine safety stock at the item level and maintain based on seasonality

  • Participate actively in monthly forecast reviews with sales to validate demand and review supply

  • Reporting activities including compiling data for monthly S&OP meetings

  • Highlight supply challenges to the appropriate parties and work with factory liaisons to mitigate

  • Meet or exceed KPI targets (inventory to sales ratio / % of active vs non-active inventory, days of supply etc.)

  • Support company and brand initiatives and goal

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, mathematics, business, or related quantitative disciplines

  • 7+ years of progressive relevant planning experience. Consumer Products experience preferred.

  • Advanced skills in Excel

  • Core strength in planning concepts, principles, and best practices

  • Intermediate SQL skills is preferred, and Excel proficiency is required


 


Interaction and Environment



  • You will be a key member of the Operations team and will report to the Senior Director of Supply Chain

  • Daily work hours flex to build collaborative partnerships and timely communications across multiple geographies and time zones

  • Indirectly leads, motivates, and influences a global team, spanning multiple regions and cultures

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
