Earn $15.00 - $18.00 per hour to start

Available Shift:

  • This position will require you to work evenings and weekends 4pm – 12am

Summary: Directly supervise and coordinate activities of transportation and facility employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employees clock in and perform their duties as required for their shift.
  • Monitor facility maintenance to ensure it is clean and maintained according to company standards.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations.
  • Report vehicle accidents or employee injuries as set forth by company policy.
  • Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution.
  • Assist in other capacities and departments as needed.
  • Audit daily work of Guest Ambassadors and Drivers.
  • Respond accordingly if a shift needs to be filled, find coverage.
  • Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methods, or customer services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent; some college preferred

  • Some supervisory experience required

  • A valid state drivers license with a current address and acceptable driving record required

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be exposed to construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed inside as well as outside weather conditions. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
