Our NextGen Talent Program provides you with countless opportunities to build the career of your dreams — all while being surrounded by the power of cycling. This 18-month program includes an international assignment (Switzerland, Taiwan, United States) at one of our key innovation centers. PAY
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: ($44,782 - $73,890 )
*At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
