Our NextGen Talent Program provides you with countless opportunities to build the career of your dreams — all while being surrounded by the power of cycling. This 18-month program includes an international assignment (Switzerland, Taiwan, United States) at one of our key innovation centers. You’ll establish a global network of teammates within our organization and receive mentorship from our experienced senior leaders.

This rotation program includes exposure some of the following functional areas:

  • Sales & Rider Care (Customer Service)
  • Product & Rider Promise (Marketing)
  • Shared Services (People & Culture, Technology, Finance or Digital)

Individual Development Opportunities:

  • Become part of the Specialized culture through Living the Specialized Way training
  • Structured Mentorship
  • Peer-to-peer mentoring
  • Coaching sessions
  • In-person attendance at major global meetings (e.g., Product, Marketing, People & Culture, etc.)

PAY

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

California Base Pay Range: ($44,782 - $73,890 )

*At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
