The supervisor of Social Media is to support the Leader of Digital MKT, on HOKA brand social communication in China. Responsible for HOKA brand social paid content development and KOL management. Raise brand awareness and engagement, by content development, topic creation, KOL evaluation, communities’ management , platform cooperation.

This role must be very passionate and creative, as well as result driven on social engagement and content creation. Love sports, love outdoor. High energy level and very organized on day-to-day content management. Have 2-3 years social media platform management experience, especially RED and Douyin. Good communication skills and timeline management skills. This role needs to be familiar with KOL COOP and always be agility to the platform content trends, new technique (social content creation tool, generate visual and engagement), and happy to share. Logic thinking, result driven in daily work.

35% Annual / Campaign base Social Communication Execution:

• To assist the Leader on HOKA paid Social plan , based on annual business goal or seasonal campaign objectives;
• Have clear KPI for each platform on annual basis or campaign basis.
• Work closely with the Brand comm / PR / Digital team , to holistically synergize the resource in the social activation , to make it seen and heard ;
• Monitor competitors’ social platform and then generate insight for HOKA brand. Can deliver competitors social content research independently;
• Execute the calendar & the resources for the KOL seeding in an annual / seasonal / monthly bases , based on the product launch calendar and business plan ;

20% Keep closely relationship with KOLs/KOCs/ Social Communities and extend KOL pool:

• Have a certain understanding of KOLs, KOCs in running , Outdoor , Sports omnivores, fashion , lifestyle ,and styling, on different platforms , Weibo , Wechat , Douyin , Red, etc. Have a clear picture of the advantage of each, who is good at what;
• Be agility to the upcoming, new KOLs/KOCs to expand the resource pool;
• Keep connection with the key social platforms – RED / Douyin / Tencent / Weibo … to know the platform annual or hot Ips, and support to get the chance to coop with the platform.
• Plan and execute the social KOLs/KOCs seeding, with clear briefing message.
• Based on KPIs to evaluate results and reporting.

20% Ensure the Day to day operation in multi platforms:

• Understand the social media engagement trend in China, work closely with the KOLs / KOCs how to engage and communicate with target audience online, including but not limited to social tag creation, engagement content angles, social headline creation, etc.
• Create clear brief to the KOLs/ KOCs/ Communities , based on the brand tone and manner , campaign objective , to best encourage the KOLs KOCs to develop the best picture / text/ video / broadcast content for the brand ;
• Manage the agencies on the daily communication with the KOLs / KOCs ; create a clear SOP , and support the target achievement from them as much as you can ;


15% Provide social content creation training for field members:

• Educate and train HOKA field members on social content, including but not limited to social content guidelines creation and updating, seasonal content / campaign content adaptation training book, and field member Red content training book creation;
• Support on field member Red KOS project, follow KPIs.

10% Agency Management and Result Reporting:

• Support line M to set up the clear daily tracking or evaluation policy and process for social agency.
Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports – follow up with agencies to have learnings and next steps.
• Internal reports, including weekly, monthly and quarterly report. Responsible for the data collecting, analyzing and summarizing
