Senior Total Rewards Analyst

SUMMARY

As Senior Total Rewards Analyst you will act as internal rewards consultant for Compensation and Benefits by collaborating closely with the wider P&C community. You will be a key player in supporting our rewards platform to deliver a holistic benefits experience to our teammates around the world.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • For US based employees, manage leave and benefits requests in a timely manner through a centralized mailbox for teammates on all rewards-related topics.
  • Work with leave of absence vendor Larkin to help update Workday with leave returns to ensure process is followed with appropriate documentation.
  • Plan open enrollment, conduct Workday testing and manage all communication for open enrollment.
  • Perform regular audits of benefit programs to ensure proper data feeds from Workday to carriers.
  • Process and manage billing and invoicing for US based benefit plans.
  • Educate and promote benefit offers to cross functional partners and teammates.
  • Conduct, analyze, and design compensation studies to review pay and bonus to ensure our total rewards philosophy is aligned.
  • Conduct survey submission with compensation surveys and use market data to help provide informed market aligned decisions.
  • Work directly with P&C business partners, internal teams, and vendors for both support and project work.
  • Prioritize compensation and leave administration issues and enhancements and provide timely follow-up and resolution, including escalating to third-party vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date on compensation trends that could benefit the organization.
  • Administer the merit increase and annual bonus processes, providing guidance and support to HR and managers
  • Provide training and coaching to HR and management on compensation philosophy and strategy
  • Conduct job analysis, evaluation, and salary administration
  • Conduct market pricing, review job duties, determine classification, review salary, bonus and total compensation to provide guidance and recommendations to HR Business Partners and business leaders
  • Provide support for promotion process, reviewing compensation recommendations and assisting with EIB loads into Workday.
  • Create compensation reports at the executive level on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Provide day-to-day compensation support for geographic differentials using ERI.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • At least 5 years of compensation experience and at least 3 years of benefits experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficient usage of pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Great organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities.
  • Results and deadline-oriented person with the ability to thrive in chaotic situations, turning ambiguity into actions across multi-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage confidential data professionally, eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and great team player with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, any other language is a plus.
  • Affinity with HR and functional knowledge of core HR business processes.
  • Understanding of leave process with a customer focus attitude.
  • CCP-Certified Compensation Professional or CEBS Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in Workday ecosystem is a preference.
  • Passion for cycling or outdoor sports encouraged.

LOCATION

In office 4 days a week.

  • Salt Lake City, UT

PAY

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

California Base Pay Range: ($71,439 - $117,875 annual)

Colorado Base Pay Range: ($67,867 - $108,052 annual)

*At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
