Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless processing of all car rentals
- Master cost control strategies and exceed Sales Targets & Goals
- Be the linchpin for rental extension payments, collaborating with the risk team for non-payment resolutions
- Address and resolve escalated customer queries with finesse
- Accelerate market penetration and revenue growth
- Maintain fleet availability to match customer needs
- Deliver daily reports promptly
- Provide invaluable support to the Reservations Manager
- Elevate customer service with a focus on issue resolution

Experience and qualifications:
- Sales experience is not just a bonus—it's a must!
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Previous car rental system and front desk experience is an added bonus
- Car Rental Airport experience, an added advantage

Package & Remuneration
