Position overview


We are seeking a Global Brand Partnerships Senior Project Manager to join our team at Stanley to help facilitate seamless coordination among internal teams and external partners. This role focuses on establishing positive relationships that align with Stanley's goals and improve brand visibility. You possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of brand collaboration and relationship management. You will be responsible for prioritizing, producing, and implementing multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for a strategic problem solver and effective communicator who can ensure successful partnerships from start to finish.

Key responsibilities



  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Global Brand Partnerships.

  • Partner closely with the Global Brand Partnerships team and Regional teams to determine objectives, performance indicators, and measures of success for every partnership.

  • Collaborate with internal collaborators such as marketing, product, legal, finance and sales teams to align resources and timelines for partnership initiatives. Ensure timeliness of all ongoing brand partnerships, including plans, briefs, schedules and deliverables.

  • Build and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and coordinate budgets for Global Partnerships.

  • Track progress, manage timelines, anticipate roadblocks, communicate delays, and find solutions to challenges to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Proactively mitigate risks by identifying potential issues early and crafting contingency plans.

  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, challenges, and wins.

  • Coordinate with regional teams to adapt global partnership strategies to local markets.

  • Actively facilitate communication between global and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Maintain multi-year global partnerships' calendar and prepare post-partnership reports.

  • Adopt, build, and implement workflow and project management processes to ensure efficient project lifecycles, continuously improving based on project outcomes and metrics.

  • Use Smartsheet to circulate plans, briefs, schedules and assign specific tasks. Develop an effective process for project management, including building project scope, brief, plan and workback schedule.

  • Actively manage, negotiate, and communicate the expectations of project collaborators and facilitate the prioritization of competing needs.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners to continually work towards optimizing processes.

  • Facilitate project meetingsβ€”kickoffs, reviews, updates, and retrospectives communicating action items to team members.



About you



  • Experience working with a team in a project manager role to support end-to-end brand partnership initiatives.

  • Experience working with or in a marketing team with understanding of PR, media, social fields, and related projects.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and negotiate effectively with both internal and external collaborators.

  • Remarkable attention to detail with the ability to adapt and pivot in real-time when needed.

  • Highly motivated and collaborative – taking ownership of projects while remaining objective and responsive to feedback.

  • Critical thinker with a proactive approach, able to anticipate potential roadblocks and offer timely solutions to ensure project success.

  • Skilled at balancing multiple projects, both small and large, within tight schedules and deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and evaluate the value of investments and performance metrics.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a global context.

  • Experience working in industries like entertainment, sports, fashion or lifestyle.

  • Knowledge of global markets and cultural nuances.

  • Proficiency in project management tools, Smartsheet, Miro, TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.



Salary Range:
$120,000-$150,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
