Senior Developer, CRM Systems

We’re looking for an experience developer to fill this role. The Senior Developer will perform full-cycle software development tasks in an agile software development environment which includes working with business on requirements gathering, design, testing, deployments, support and administration of Siebel, Salesforce and CDP applications.

Responsibilities 

• Provide tech solutions and design following best practices. Develop and maintain UI, backend and integration automations using Siebel, batch, control M, Informatica IICS, PLSQL, Siebel EIM and other relevant tools and technologies
• Support Siebel, CDP, Informatica and SAP data services applications.
• Responsible for creating and/or updating technical documentation, participate in code reviews and provide suggestions to improve quality.
• Collaborates internally within team and across teams and also with business to resolve production issues.
• Maintain and support integration between systems and evaluate and tune ETL workflows and PL/SQL automated processes.
• Handle application releases/ fixes in CRM and MarTech environments
• Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics or related
• 7+ years progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the field of programming and analysis
• Knowledge of travel industry business model and experience preferred
• 5+ years software engineering with experience in design, development, and testing Informatica
• 5+ years’ experience Oracle PL/SQL programming.
• 3+ years’ experience with Siebel 8.1 or higher
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools, eScripts, SQL, PLSQL, Siebel EIM, Windows batch scripting, Linux shell scripting
• Data Transformation and Cleansing experience preferred
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse organizations and teams
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Base Salary Range: $105,600.00 to $142,500.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
