Your Trailblazing Responsibilities:

  • Sales Stargazing: Chart a course to deliver a constellation of RVs & Motorhomes each month while making customer satisfaction shine brighter than the      North Star.
  • Campsite Paperwork: Craft complete sales maps and process all necessary trail guides in harmony with our campground policies.
  • Happy Camper Engagement: Welcome fellow adventurers with the warmth of a crackling fire, guide them in choosing their perfect mobile shelter, and share tales of product features and benefits.
  • Trail of Loyalty: Maintain a network of happy campers to encourage return expeditions and bring new explorers to our campground.

  • Fireside Training: Gather 'round for product and sales training sessions to sharpen your outdoor skills and wisdom.

Requirements

  

Essential Skills for Your Expedition:

  • Campground Lore: Keep your knowledge as fresh as mountain air, staying updated on new gear and services in the great RV outdoors.
  • Test Drive Scouting: Lead prospects on thrilling test drive expeditions, ensuring all campground protocols are followed for a smooth adventure.
  • Ethical Exploration: Navigate all interactions with the integrity of a true wilderness guide, building trust with your fellow campers.

  

Qualifications We're Scouting For:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; previous camping experience is a plus but not required.
  • Communication skills as clear as a mountain stream to effectively engage with campers and fellow guides.
  • Basic trail math skills for handling transactions and calculations around the campfire.
