About the Position:
The Sales Operations Associate is a key communicator between the sales, project management, and operations teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and driving process efficiency. This role includes assisting in customer relations, facilitating cross-functional communication, research and support for the business development team, supporting operational tasks, and handling global and domestic shipping logistics.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Support
- Cultivate relationships with customers through proactive communication and excellent service.
- Assist with customer onboarding, including providing accurate timelines, quotes, and onboarding documentation.
- Handle order entry and processing for identified customers, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
- Manage domestic and international shipping logistics, including providing up-to-date product inventory and shipping quotes.
- Oversee domestic and basic CFD sampling efforts.
Project Management and Coordination
- Organize and maintain basic cross-functional tasks in Asana, ensuring all sales objectives are assigned and tracked in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate details between sales, operations, and print ops, ensuring smooth workflows and communication.
- Manage timelines, tracking, invoicing, and shipping for customer-facing projects.
- Collaborate with business development/global sales team, customer, and print ops team to ensure alignment on project details and logistics.
Business Development Support
- Assisting in creation of customized proposals/presentations tailored to each target account.
- Gather necessary information and data to support pitch decks and business cases.
- Ensuring all deals have proper and timely completion related but not limited to paperwork, contracts, IT requirements, etc.
