THIS IS A SEASONAL JOB THAT STARTS IN MARCH/APRIL OF 2025
Responsibilities
- Clear and wash all guest serving items, including utensils, dishes, and cups
- Clean cooking and preparation utensils and dishes
- Maintain a clean workstation
- Follow proper closing procedures
- Take proper care of all restaurant equipment
- Assist Servers and/or Management teams by rotating clean dishes to each station
- Assist the Back of House and/or Management teams as needed
- Other restaurant-related tasks, as assigned
Qualifications
- Understand health code standards and restaurant cleanliness
- Function well as a team player
- Take direction well and can work independently
- Understand the flow of restaurant operations
- Be willing to step in and assist Servers with additional tasks during high volume
- Be courteous and respectful

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Comfortable working in a hot back of house kitchen environment
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down stairs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, twist and climb ladders
