REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Director of Operations and Reservations Manager

1. To answer telephone with the utmost of courtesy and professionalism
2. Display a thorough knowledge of all hotel services, activities, opening and closing, facilities and promote whenever possible
3. Display thorough detailed knowledge of all hotel guest room features, amenities and benefits.
4. Display thorough knowledge of all hotel rate categories
5. Display thorough knowledge of Local and National corporate clients and account
6. Display thorough knowledge of all reservation procedures and policies
7. To accept and perform the duties as a Guest Services Agent as required
8. Display a thorough knowledge of local area and attractions.
9. Perform Reservations functions in order to maximize occupancy levels and average rates in accordance with targets set by management
10. Perform duties of a Telephone Switchboard as required
11. To answer, place on hold and transfer all calls in the utmost professional and courteous manner.
12. To attend training as required.
