To thrive in this role:
- previous experience within a similarly high end, high volume hospitality environment would be an asset
- An excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- A friendly and professional telephone manner are essential.
- Knowledge of the SevenRooms Reservation System is preferred, however world class in house training will be provided to the successful candidate.
This role demands outstanding customer service skills, balanced with an informal approach and welcoming personality. As the first point of contact for the restaurant, the successful candidate must have a vibrant and engaging personality.
