Role Overview:
As the Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing reservations across various platforms. Your role is essential in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth booking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process bookings and reservations across multiple platforms.


• Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.


• Build and maintain relationships with agents and tour operators.


• Handle complaints and manage VIP bookings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or short-term rental services.


• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.


• Strong administrative and communication skills.

Other Requirements:

• Own transport and phone.


• Knowledge of Cape Town property market

Salary: R15 000 CTC per month.

Location: Cape Town City Center (Bree St).

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position.
