Reservations Agent

We are looking for a Reservations Agent who wants to move his/her career forward. As a Reservations Agent, you will…

  • Handle Online Booking Engine and the group’s multi-PMS
  • Handle incoming requests (e-mail, phone calls and website)
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email
  • Have knowledge of all major Extranets (Β2Β, B2C,OTAs)
  • Room Allocation
  • Communicate with the Sales and Accounting Departments regarding offers or following up on payments
  • Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations

Entry Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a relevant position in a 5* hotel
  • Excellent command of the English language, both oral and verbal
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS or relevant (Fidellio, Protel)
  • Knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset
  • Multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively working under pressure
  • Experience in a multi-property management system will be considered an asset
