  • Serve as a professional and knowledgeable raft guide, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while also maintaining a high level of customer service

  • Help load and unload gear onto the rafts before and after each trip

  • Paddle the raft through whitewater rapids, using proper technique to navigate safely

  • Use verbal commands to direct other rafters in paddling and maneuvering the raft

  • Perform basic first-aid and rescue techniques if necessary

  • Educate guests about river safety, Leave No Trace principles, and local flora and fauna

  • Answer any questions guests may have about the river, the area, or the trip

  • Help set up camp each night and take down camp each morning

  • Cook meals for the group as needed and help with dishwashing duties

  • Assist in loading and unloading gear and supplies from the vehicles at the beginning and end of each trip

  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
