JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·        Performs product tests and inspections for outgoing shipment and semi-finished products as planned;

·        Make the judgment to inspection results according to specific protocol;

·        Participates in the Product/Process audit per the arrangement of quality engineer/senior inspector.

·        Conduct the reliability test according to the test plan and specification.

·        Document the test data and results.

SPECIFI CATIONS:

·        Secondary education.

·        At least 2 years experiences in mechanical inspection and electrical testing of electronic products, experience in toys industry (plastic toys, rubber toys, plush toys) and sewing industry will be preferable.

·        Skilled in use of inspection gauges/tools and international sampling standard.

·        Skilled in writing quality reports, using Excel or other common reporting tools.

·        Skilled in reading and writing English.

·        Preferable in speaking Chinese.

ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

·        Timely and accurately report the deviations and nonconformance than the requirements;

·        On time perform the inspection and audits as planned;

·        Support quality engineer on other specific tasks.

RELATIONSHIPS: 

·        Report to Quality Supervisor.

·        Works with contract manufacturer engineers and other teammates.
