Position Overview


Stanley is searching for a Project Manager that has experience collaborating with various teams such as product management, industrial design, quality assurance, engineering, sourcing, production, and supply chain to drive projects and deliver innovative products on tight timelines and budgets. You will lead all aspects of project management, from program reviews to product launch, to revolutionize the way people enjoy beverages and food globally. Responsibilities



  • Capture project complexity and build timelines to ensure projects are planned and staged for success. Collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing and support on all product creation efforts.

  • Make sure project deliverables meet brand expectations and project complexity. They should be completed on time, within budget, and with the right quality. Identify and address risks, and make trade-offs as needed.

  • Manage the communication of project status, prioritization, and risk within project teams and to supporting departments and the Senior Leadership Team.

  • Implement, continuously improve, and champion the new product creation and development processes throughout Stanley globally.

  • Establish and maintain a culture of winning as a team and taking ownership throughout the product creation community.



Skills/Qualifications



  • Crafting project and program plans encompassing analysis and planning of deliverables, resources, timelines, budgets, and risk.

  • Mentoring cross-functional teams in a diverse, matrixed organization with tight timelines, cost, and quality targets.

  • Quickly building credibility and trust at all levels of the organization for effective collaboration towards mutual outcomes.

  • Encouraging a sense of urgency among collaborators, customers, partners, and team members, while also laying the groundwork for strong and lasting collaboration.

  • Negotiating changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project.

  • Reporting project deliverables, risks, quality, resourcing, and costs to provide status and facilitate decision making.

  • Improving project-related processes and tools by applying knowledge gained and using standard processes from across the organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an outstanding ability to simplify complex concepts and to bring clarity in the face of ambiguity.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong experience with Smartsheet, and other project management software.



Education and Experience



  • 5+ years of proven project management experience.

  • Experience supporting complex business and process transformation.

  • Successful track record delivering in a fast-paced, agile, high volume and collaborative cross-functional environment.



Bonus if you have



  • Hard/Soft Goods manufacturing process familiarity.

  • Experience working with a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

  • Experience working and communicating directly with supply chain personnel including production engineers and factory liaisons, at offshore factories.



Salary Range


$100,000-$130,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
