If so, we are looking for a talented and inspired candidate who is focused on teamwork, task completion, and customer satisfaction to join our Custom Water Bottle Production Artist team.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Use customer provided and at times, your own created art assets to produce proofs and design layouts.
• Utilize rip software to prepare artwork digital files for manufacturing
• Create manufacturing ready film that meet high precision screen printing requirements
• Create digital art files to the specifications of laser to screen direct technology.
• Deliver on production output goals and consistently produce a volume of work that meets our customer demand in a dynamic seasonal market.
• Work closely with sales and production teams to maintain constant visibility and meet customer order delivery deadlines.
• Daily order and workflow management via Trello project management tool and maintain organized customer files on art server.
• Consistent and thorough communication with sales account managers / customers to achieve customer vision and meet customer expectations
• Maintain registration system and art team assets, such as printers, software licenses, production supplies.
• Help create original designs for yearly stock bottle program sold globally through the Specialized dealer network and direct to customers

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• Expert proficiency with Adobe Illustrator combined with knowledge in PMS and CMYK process colors
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong work ethic in a heavily production-based environment, this is not a creative role.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments and projects across different business segments with time critical deadlines.
• Understanding screen print separation theory which encompasses trapping, over printing, masking, and color separation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Dimensions and 3D modeling background a plus
• Very Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with Manufacturing and Sales team.
• Be the technical expert that understands capabilities and limitations of deployed manufacturing technologies. Be a technical screen-printing resource for customers and sales teams.
• Business savvy is a plus when understanding impact of art manufacturability and cost impact as it relates to art complexity.

Pay

• Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

California Base Pay Range: $19.50-$31.00 per hour
