Collette is seeking a Product Operations Intern. This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI for 32-40 hours per week.

Job Summary: 
The Product Operations Intern will support the Product Specialist and Product Manager teams under the Product Development umbrella at Collette.

Primary Functions:

  • Operational Support: Help manage the day-to-day operations by running supplier space audits, vendor statuses and other audit reports to support our regional teams. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze traveler survey data to support the team in addressing any quality issues 
  • Project Support: Create process storage areas for work in progress documents that need a point of access for multiple cross functional teams. 
  • Design Support: Research potential suppliers that meet Collette’s brand standards. 
  • Resource Management: Audit current product related resources to ensure accuracy and up to date information. 

Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications.

Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr
