POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Manager – Wallet and Customer will manage the product roadmap at the center of planned improvements to our digital guest experience. This role will focus on expanding our Account capabilities, particularly around guest profile and family management to make it easy for guests to set and leverage their preferences across our digital platforms and destinations. Additionally, the Wallet capability will focus on providing new offerings which create value for our guests and incentivize increased engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
General Responsibilities
Login & Identity: Ensure customers can access their universal account via Alterra Mtn Co’s Single Sign On in the most frictionless way possible while still adhering to security best practices.
Universal Guest Record: Define and implement an Operationally-oriented ‘Golden Customer Record’ which focuses on streamlining experiences for guests through:
Leveraging information and biometrics we already know about them.
Surfacing an aggregation of activity and transactions across our resort network to provide customers a singular view of their history with us and upcoming bookings (including self-service management capabilities).
Payments & Wallet: provide customers with a seamless, highly converting capability around all payment capabilities.
Online Payment – maximize customer success with transacting online through offering the right payment methods and configuration.
Omnichannel payment – make it easy to tie digital payment methods to onsite / in-resort payments through physical (pass media) and digital (mobile app) capabilities.
Loyalty and Personalized Offers – surface new offerings to our guests that offer dynamic discounts and credits based on the products they current have as well as prior activity. Ensure offers are high visibility and easy to redeem.
Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understanding business goals, doing competitive analysis, and defining product roadmaps and KPIs.
Set an overall vision for the product and be able to break it down into smaller components that add value and move the overall capability forward.
Partner closely with Technical Product and Engineering to define and execute a roadmap focused on delivering customer and business value.
Partner with third party software platform owners to define and prioritize requirements for inclusion in their respective roadmaps.
Partner with UX on creating a compelling, intuitive design that transcends platforms.
Partner with other product management functions across the organization (Ikon, Loyalty, Hospitality) to interlace their product roadmaps into the Wallet and Customer roadmaps.
Participate in maintenance and grooming of product backlogs ensuring user stories are well formed and deliver to the product outcome.
Define and lead User Acceptance Testing around the finished product to ensure quality and adherence to product vision.
Stay connected to operations (Resorts, Contact Center) to identify opportunities and points of friction to inform product roadmap.
Measure and report on the holistic performance of the product against defined KPIs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of Product Management experience working with designers, engineers and operations.
At least 2 years product experience with Digital Payments and/or Digital Identity Services.
At least 2 years experience working in a matrixed environment with multiple product, stakeholder and delivery teams.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey complex vision and capability clearly and simply to a variety of audiences.
Professional/lived experience working in a culturally competent manner with a diverse range of people.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
Mobile app experience.
Ecommerce experience.
Adobe / Google Analytics experience.
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of the Company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
Denver area base salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
