Job Description

QuietKat is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team! This key role manages advertising performance across all publishers, focusing on media buying and execution across paid search, shopping, paid social, video, display networks, and traditional media for both DTC and B2B initiatives.

 

This position requires strong platform-specific knowledge, including the ability to handle day-to-day management of campaigns, coordinating communication with platform representatives, managing agency partners and experience growing internal digital marketing teams and best practices including strategies that ensure top performance and growth. 

 

A strong background in analytics, DTC ecommerce, and creative thinking are needed to effectively communicate the group’s performance towards KPI’s, provide insights from data, and impactful strategies that transform performance and accelerate growth.

 

As a member of the Ecommerce team, your work will be focused on driving strategic growth for QuietKat’s owned platforms and websites, in addition to drop ship and ecommerce partnerships.

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage all advertising campaigns for Paid Search, shopping, paid social media, display, video, and other campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, AvantLink, Rakuten, TikTok, Amazon, etc.
  • Drive innovative and growth focused channel-specific marketing strategies for the QuietKat brand through owned websites, industry pro platforms, marketplaces (Amazon), and world class ecommerce partners
  • Participate in all strategy and budget meetings weekly, monthly and annually
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support key product launches and promotions throughout the calendar year ensuring consistent messaging across all initiatives
  • Work with internal and external creative teams to provide strategy on best-in-class performing ads across all relevant platforms
  • Manage 1st-party data to craft targetable audiences in platforms across viable ad networks
  • Provide strategic direction and management for ambassador and affiliate programs
  • Manage direct media buys and event strategy
  • Optimize SEO strategies and execution with internal and external partners
  • Manage email, referral, and sms programs

You have:

  • 5-7 years of ecommerce-specific media buying and planning (search, shopping, social, video and display) experience with a brand or agency
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, shopping, paid social media, display, video, and other campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, AvantLink, Rakuten, TikTok, etc.
  • Highly technical background with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms quickly
  • Experience with data collection and analysis to impact media strategy and execution
  • Experience with ROAS modeling and Data Studio or similar platforms
  • Copywriting and advertising asset management
  • SEO optimization and analysis platforms such as SEMRush or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in Digital Media and/or Marketing

Licenses Required: Google Ads, GA4, Meta

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Pay Range:

$80,700.00 - $126,300.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
