Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Full-time, Term position to March 27, 2026

  • Salary range is $43.17 - $52.52 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Excellent opportunity to join the professional team of the Child Development Centre in beautiful Whitehorse, Yukon. Our growing team provides quality early intervention services to children from birth – 5 years of age throughout the Yukon. You will work as part of a transdisciplinary team and will be one of seven speech-language pathologists responsible for assessment, consultation and intervention for children with a wide variety of needs. Travel to rural communities may be required. Relocation allowance is available.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for membership in SAC
  • Experience or interest working in a cross-cultural setting
  • Experience working with young children with developmental needs and families
  • Experience with feeding, fluency and/or Hanen programs is an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
