Position Overview:
Be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy, annual plan and marketing activities for Stanley China & be marketing and brand guardian and consultant for other Asia Pacific markets, with an aim to continue to build up the premium brand position and support aggressive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
BRAND MARKETING

Develop and implement marketing strategy and annual plan for China to support aggressive business growth

Develop impactful marketing campaigns to increase brand/new product exposure & consideration, and driving traffic to relevant EC platforms
-
Manage brand-owned social media to continue to drive brand engagement
OTHERS
-
Provide local consumer insights to APAC PD/Marketing team
-
Manage and control marketing budget
Other key partners for interaction: Korea Sales leader, Korea EC manager, CAP marketing – brand & trade; CAP product development, GM of APAC, external brand/trade marketing agencies, and retailers/distributors
Skills and Experience:

Proven track record driving multiple streams of work – from brief through creative development to execution

Knowledge and insight of local market and consumer needs; knowledge and experience of local mechanism and platforms (social media, website, blog and etc.)

Experience managing people, agencies, and budgets

Strong collaborator, result/solution-driven, resilient, effective communicator in Korean and in English– both verbal & written

Ability to extract insights from multiple data sources, and make informed, strategic recommendations

Possesses a genuine passion for brand story-telling

Past experience working for Global brands with frequent communication with overseas cross functional teams is a plus
Education and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, literature, or related field

5 years marketing experience, preferably with consumer goods/lifestyle brands/retail background, with a specific emphasis in brand strategy, digital/social media marketing, marketing campaigns, trade marketing or agency roles
