Skills needed for success:
5+ years Corporate Travel Advisor experience
GDS proficiency including ticketing, exchanges, refunds
Knowledgeable of airline ancillary services via EMDs
Travel agency operational and/or sales experience
MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
Experience with ARC report, CRM's and databases
Excellent communication skills
