Your Job:
The Brooks Brand Marketing team is responsible for helping Brooks add new runners to our brand by reaching and engaging those who run through both performance and lifestyle products. As the Lifestyle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and development of strategic seasonal go-to-market campaigns for inline Lifestyle products and Lifestyle collaborations. You will partner closely with the Brand Marketing team to align to strategic seasonal priorities and lead the development of the Lifestyle campaigns that map back to them.
You will work to collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams, as well as global business leaders to ensure all plans are integrated and aligned to overall marketing strategy, driving creative workstreams with the internal Creative Studio and external agencies to bring the strategy and plan to life visually. You will also manage external relationships with agencies and collaborators.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in brand and product storytelling, the ability to guide cross-functional groups to a cohesive and integrated output, knowledge of our product creation process, and experience effectively managing external partnerships.
\nCompensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $114,945 - $172,469 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
