Junior Travel Agent

Duties & Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Reservations, Fares, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets for Domestic flights


• Issue full domestic flight reservations


• Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings


• Provide support and make Reservations for clients


• Processing reservations accurately on the system.


• Ensure rules and regulations are understood & applied


• Ability to make accommodation, transfer & car hire reservations


• Ability to identify other opportunities for additional income and savings to client, when quoting


• Admin duties
