Role Overview:
Assist customers over the phone, converting inquiries into sales while providing exceptional support and handling customer complaints professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and convert to sales
- Achieve sales and quality targets
- Provide effective support for reservations
- Collaborate with team members
- Manage cross-market calls and customer complaints
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2/C1) and English (B2)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Compensation:
- Starting at 5.50/hr, increasing to 8.21/hr with performance
- Language Allowance: 600 annually
- Performance Bonus: Up to 2,500 yearly
