Position Overview:
The Inside Sales and Dealer Portal Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, facilitating the sales process, and overseeing the functionality and user experience of the company’s dealer portal. This role will require strong communication skills, sales acumen, and technical proficiency to ensure seamless dealer interactions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales:
• Respond promptly to dealer inquiries, providing product information, quotes, and assistance with order processing.
• Engage with current and prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote and sell products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key dealers and distributors to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Dealer Portal Management:
• Oversee and maintain the dealer portal, ensuring it is user-friendly, updated, and operational.
• Collect and analyze dealer feedback to improve the portal’s usability and overall dealer experience.
• Train new dealers on how to use the portal and provide ongoing support for any issues or questions.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the outdoor industry or a similar product-based company.
• Experience managing digital platforms or portals; familiarity with e-commerce or B2B sales tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of outdoor industry products and trends is highly desirable.
