MeatEater, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the team here in Bozeman, MT. As an HR Manager at MeatEater, you will have the opportunity to work across five phenomenal outdoor brands and among some of the most talented professionals in the outdoor industry. The HR Manager will act as the HR lead reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This person should be a dynamic and ambitious individual, willing to both manage and execute on HR strategy and initiatives.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the HR function at MeatEater. The HR Manager plays a critical role in driving and achieving HR functional goals and executing HR programs, policies, and procedures. The Manager is responsible for developing and implementing organizational human resources policies, supporting people management, prioritizing company culture and employee engagement, and acting as a consultant for all employee relations matters with the support of other HR team members. The HR Manager directs recruiting and onboarding for new employees, develops and deploys training and career development programs, takes the pulse of the workplace and influences office and company culture, works closely with the CFO on salary structures and wage cycles, and negotiates and oversees benefits packages. The HR Manager selects HR-related vendors or service providers. The Manager acts as senior management for the team and focuses on developing human resource strategies.
