Role Overview:
As Head Guide, you will oversee the guiding operations, ensuring all guests enjoy educational, safe, and immersive experiences in the heart of the African wilderness. This role requires a blend of leadership, expertise in wildlife, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards in hospitality and conservation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of professional guides, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork


• Conduct and supervise game drives, guided walks, and educational sessions for guests


• Ensure the safety, satisfaction, and well-being of guests at all times


• Educate guests on local ecosystems, flora, and fauna, promoting conservation awareness


• Collaborate with lodge management to maintain a cohesive, high-quality guest experience

Qualifications and Experience:

• FGASA Level 3 or equivalent guiding certification


• Minimum of 5 years of guiding experience, with a background in luxury lodges preferred


• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor junior guides


• Strong knowledge of conservation principles and local wildlife


• Valid driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
